Drawing from her own experience as an ultramarathon runner, Barbara infuses her daily coaching with lessons learned on the trail. She helps high performers, leaders, and athletes connect with their own capacity for endurance in the real world. Her goal is to help clients reach their highest potential without burning out. To do this, she focuses on the essential balance of high performance, mindfulness, and true recovery.

She brings research-backed talks to teams and organizations, covering topics like "The Endurance Mindset" and "True Rest and Recovery." Her presentations are designed to inspire lasting change through actionable strategies that anyone can implement.
Barbara is also the author of Finding Leadville: My Story to a Hallowed 100 Mile Finish Line. The book is more than a story about a race; it is a reflection on healing, building self-trust, and learning how to listen to your body. Whether she is speaking on a stage or coaching a client, Barbara’s mission is to help people thrive on their own personal paths to success.
