NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions of Use are legally binding. It is your responsibility to read them carefully before registering for, accessing, or participating in The Wellness Coach Business Retreat ("Retreat").

General Provisions

This site and retreat are owned and operated by Wellspired Co., a MN Limited Liability Company, hosted by Wellspired Co. The Retreat is a virtual event hosted on a third-party platform and is available to registrants worldwide.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate. Use of this event and website is at your own risk.

Retreat Description & Access

The Wellness Coach Business Retreat is a 2-day virtual event scheduled for October 23–24, 2025, featuring live sessions, workshops, and optional bonus content.

Free Registration Includes:

- Live access to all retreat sessions

- 24-hour replay access to each presentation

- Access to the private retreat community

All-Access Pass Includes:

- Extended access to all replays

- 4 bonus classes

- Downloadable session notes

- Private podcast feed

- Hot seat & audit submission opportunities

- CEU eligibility (8 CEUs through NBHWC)

CEU Eligibility

The Wellness Coach Business Retreat has been approved for 8 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) through the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaches (NBHWC). CEUs are available only to All-Access Pass holders who attend qualifying sessions or watch the entire session recordings. You will also be required to complete a quiz and receive a passing score before receiving a Certificate of Completion. You may be asked by NBHWC to present this Certificate of Completion to verify your participation in the Retreat.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the event and resources, no refunds will be issued for ticket purchases, including the All-Access Pass. Please review the retreat details before completing your registration.

Code of Conduct

By registering, you agree to participate in a way that upholds a respectful, inclusive, and safe experience for all attendees.

We reserve the right to remove participants from the event or community for:

- Harassment, hate speech, or offensive behavior

- Spamming or self-promotion

- Disruptive or unprofessional conduct

- Removal will be at the discretion of the event host and without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content presented during the Retreat (including videos, PDFs, slides, and session recordings) is the intellectual property of Wellspired Co. or the respective speaker.

You may not:

- Reproduce, share, or sell any Retreat content

- Share your Retreat login or access with others

- Reuse materials for your own events or business offerings

- Claim Retreat materials as your own

- Redistribution or resale of any of the materials provided during the Retreat is prohibited.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information you share with us is governed by our Privacy Policy. While we do not guarantee confidentiality in live coaching, group sessions, or hot seats, we encourage a respectful environment where participants honor each other's privacy.

We collect your name and email to provide access to the Retreat. By registering, you agree to receive event-related emails and occasional future offers. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Speaker bonuses may require opting into external lists. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

Community Participation

If you join the retreat community group or participate in live sessions, you acknowledge that your contributions (comments, questions, submitted materials, photos, etc.) may be used in future promotions or educational content. If you wish to opt out of this, please notify us via [email protected].

Earnings Disclaimer

The Retreat is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Any earnings or income statements discussed during the Retreat are provided as examples and do not represent a guarantee or promise of earnings. Your level of success depends on a number of factors, including but not limited to your experience, dedication, effort, market conditions, and factors beyond our control.

We make no guarantees that you will achieve any specific financial results by attending the Retreat. You accept the risk that earnings and income differ by individual and that any business endeavor entails inherent risks.

Technology Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to ensure smooth access to all live and recorded sessions. However, we are not responsible for technical issues that may arise on your end, including but not limited to internet outages, browser incompatibility, or login errors.

Assumption of Risk
You agree that your participation in the Retreat is voluntary and at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for any outcomes, actions, or decisions you make based on the content shared during the Retreat.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Retreat content. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages.

By participating in the Retreat, you agree to hold Wellspired Co., Jen Wright, and all affiliated speakers harmless from any and all claims related to:

- Business or financial outcomes

- Emotional or psychological impact

- Technology failures or access issues

- Decisions made based on content shared

Changes to the Event

We reserve the right to modify or replace speakers, session times, or content if necessary. Any changes will be communicated via email or in the community group.
