
Kaylea Philobos is a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with a strong foundation in behavior change, lifestyle medicine, and preventative health. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina and a master’s degree in Kinesiology from California Baptist University. Kaylea completed her health coaching certification through Cuyahoga Community College, where she developed skills in motivational interviewing, behavior change science, and strengths-based coaching.
Kaylea works primarily with women and adolescent athletes, supporting them in building sustainable habits, managing stress, strengthening mindset, and improving overall well-being. She also collaborates closely with physicians, mental health professionals, and integrative practitioners to provide comprehensive, whole-person support. Kaylea is passionate about empowering clients to take ownership of their health while creating lasting lifestyle change through accountability, education, and compassion.
She is currently building her business, KP Performance and Wellness Coaching, which focuses on mental performance and holistic wellness for youth athletes and their parents. She provides family-centered coaching support for female athletes and their parents, helping athletes build confidence and emotional balance while equipping parents with tools to strengthen connection at home and in sport. Her work emphasizes mindset development, resilience, and sustainable habits that support both performance and overall well-being.
