Speaker Application
Presenting a session at the Wellness Coach Business Retreat is an opportunity to contribute to the continued development of the health and wellness coaching profession while sharing practical insight with coaches who are actively building and sustaining private practices.
Speakers play a meaningful role in shaping a high-quality, standards-aligned learning experience designed for certified professionals who value depth, credibility, and real-world application.
A limited number of additional speaker sessions are available alongside sessions led by the Wellspired Co. Mentor Coach team.
Submission Expectations
Sessions should be high-quality, thoughtful, and impactful, delivered by qualified presenters with relevant experience.
Proposals should be evidence-informed or grounded in real-world practice, with a clear focus on practical application.
Instructional approaches should engage adult learners and support skill development, reflection, or implementation around the core themes of practice growth, practice management, coaching sustainability, or emerging trends in wellness and professional coaching.
Session content should align with the most current version of the NBHWC Content Outline for Core Competencies.
Sessions that commercially promote a specific product or service will not be considered.
Upon topic approval, speakers will be required to submit additional session & speaker information within seven (7) business days, including a session marketing description, learning objectives, a session outline, a professional bio, and a professional headshot.
Final presentation materials and slides must be submitted no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event date.
Session Format
Sessions are 60 minutes in length and will be presented once during the two-day retreat.
Each session should include structured content with time for audience reflection, discussion, or Q&A.
Speaker Participation & Benefits
Speakers will receive complimentary registration for the full retreat, including an All-Access Pass and 90 days of access to the Wellness Coach Business Network.
Speakers will be featured on the retreat website and attendee materials.
Speakers may choose to opt in to the retreat referral program and receive a personalized referral link to share with their audience.
While retreat sessions must remain educational and non-promotional, speakers may choose to submit an optional bonus resource for attendees. This bonus may include a 5–7 minute recorded training or demonstration, which may contain a brief promotional call to action or special offer, subject to approval.
Speakers will not receive attendee contact information. However, speakers may include an optional opt-in form within their bonus resource, allowing attendees to voluntarily self-select to receive additional information or follow-up from the speaker.
